Initial Development Charges: Additional charges may apply at the start of building your website, depending on your specific requirements. These charges are separate from your subscription plan fees and will be clearly communicated and detailed in your project quote before work begins. Factors that may affect initial pricing include but are not limited to: project complexity, custom features, third-party integrations, design customization requirements, and any specialized functionality beyond standard offerings.
Payments are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
Hosting & Maintenance: Your subscription plan includes hosting and maintenance services. However, additional charges may apply based on your requested website's specific requirements, complexity, resource usage, or special maintenance needs.
Marketing Services: Marketing services are charged separately from your subscription plan. Marketing includes, but is not limited to, social media management, content creation, advertising campaigns, SEO services, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
4. Domain Pricing
Domain pricing is determined based on your business identity and specific requirements. The following applies:
Base Price Limit: There is a maximum base price limit for domain registration. This limit ensures transparency and predictable costs for standard domain setups.
Additional Pricing: Additional costs may apply based on your business identity and specific domain requirements, including but not limited to:
Custom Quotes: For businesses with unique domain needs or premium domain selections, we will provide a detailed quote outlining all domain-related costs before proceeding with registration or transfer.
Renewal Costs: Annual domain renewal fees will be clearly communicated and may vary based on the domain registrar and extension selected. These costs are separate from your subscription plan fees.

Quote Transparency: Any additional hosting or maintenance costs will be clearly communicated and detailed in your project quote before work begins. You will have full visibility into what is included in your base plan and what incurs additional charges.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
•Providing accurate and complete information for your project
•Ensuring you have the rights to use any content, images, or materials you provide
•Maintaining the security of your account credentials
•Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website and its content. growlaunch retains the right to use your website as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or systems used in development.
8. Limitation of Liability
growlaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
